Grape –Hondarrabi Zuri The Hondarrabi Zuri white grape is from the Basque region of Spain. It is used to make the famous Txakolí (“chock-oh-lee”), a young, slightly sparkling white wine with intense citrus & herb flavours. Txakolí is served ice cold & uniquely poured into your glass from a great height to release its flavours..splashing is part of the atmosphere!!
