Say hello to Verdejo…Spain’s signature white grape that put the little region of Rueda on the Wine Map! It’s similar to Sauvignon Blanc or a Pinot Gris, but more aromatic with almonds, lemons and citrus peel. It’s extremely versatile and pairs with most foods but it’s at it’s best with salty or mature cheese, oriental and spicy foods
