Grape – Verdejo

It’s a great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio but more full bodied & aromatic with flavours of almonds, zesty lemons & orange peel . It pairs with almost any food, but it’s at it’s best with salty or mature cheeses, oriental & spicy foods.
