How to buy
Simply click on the corresponding photo & choose the number of bottles you want to buy.
You will then register with your name & address
The shopping cart will show your items, their name & total price (in Euros and VAT included).
Purchases can be paid by cash when the goods are collected, credit or debit cards or by bank transfer
Payments by credit or debit card will be made online, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. Once the payment is authorized, please keep the order number supplied by the payment gateway as proof of payment.
We do our best to ensure all the wines in our shop are in stock, however as we buy from small wineries, some wines have limited availability. In the unfortunate event that the product purchased is out of stock, we will contact you & we will offer you a substitute of similar product & price
By placing an order you are confirming that you are over 18 years old, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unsure of this.
Delivery
Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer a delivery service, however we hope to offer this service very soon!

To cancel your order
In accordance with articles 68 to 79 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Consumers, you can cancel your order by simply calling us on 0034 966 723 657 or by email at dining@pimientosrestaurant.com. You have up to 14 calendar days from making your order to cancel it
To return your order
To make a refund payment of the amount paid the product must be in perfect condition & with the original packing.
It is essential to provide proof of purchase to process any exchange, return or warranty.
